Unit Description

The successful management and delivery of projects requires a firm understanding of project management systems – not only in isolation, but also the interactions between systems. Students will engage with this unit using a systems thinking and integration approach, learning to assess projects in regards to scope, schedule, quality and risk management.

You will learn conceptually about project management techniques such as the interface between organisational systems and innovation. In addition these systems are studied in the context of specific environments such as in health, safety and environmental management.
