Ethan Bowering has six years’ experience working on a broad range of policy issues in Australia and abroad. He currently works as a public sector consultant in Melbourne but has spent most of his career working in the Australian Public Service in Canberra, most recently in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Ethan holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and worked at BCG’s Centre for Public Impact in London.

Rebecca Bishop is an academic in Media and Communications disciplines and has specific expertise in the study of digital communities and online identity. She has taught at universities in New Zealand and Australia for over 15 years and has been employed as an online Unit Coordinator since 2014.
Calvin Chen has obtained a Master of Engineering (Project Management) degree from QUT. Following the completion of his studies, he has worked as a Research Engineer at Toyota Australia developing vehicle accessories for four years. He is now utilising his knowledge in this space as a vehicle safety specialist at Ford Australia.
Dick Cheuk is a seasoned Knowledge Management and IT professional with 20 years of experience in the KM and IT industry. With an academic background on information systems and IT management, Dick uses technologies to tackle complex emerging challenges for organisations. Dick’s goal is to help organisations of all sizes to gain more values from their organisational knowledge.

Amit is a Certified Financial Planner and has a Master of Commerce (Adv) and Diploma of Financial Planning Qualifications. He has worked in the financial planning industry for over seven years. He has worked for various financial institutions, including a bank and a superannuation fund. Previously he also worked as an accountant and tax consultant. He enjoys working as a financial planner and helping his clients achieve their goals, and at the same time enjoys helping students who want to start their journey in the financial planning industry.
Shelley Kolstad has travelled and worked extensively overseas, predominantly in management consultancy firms at a managerial level. A career/lifestyle change saw her return to Australia and develop a rural writer’s retreat in Far North Queensland alongside pursuing a career in law and academia.
Danielle Miller has been involved in academic research and teaching for over 10 years. She has a strong interest in academic practice, as well as Australian politics and governance structures. She has been involved in a number of research projects including the Queensland Speaks oral history project.
Richard Oliver has worked in adult education for 15 years, making the move into Learning Design four years ago. Passionate about quality online education, he enjoys designing, teaching and studying online courses. With a strong focus on student-centric design and authentic learning and teaching, Richard looks forward to sharing his vision of the future of learning design, and learning about your vision.

Marion Vallier has worked in the field of digital communication for almost 10 years. She started her career in France as a copywriter in advertising and then moved to digital media strategy and analytics. She is passionate about data analytics and data visualisation. Over the years she has been coaching and developing her team members and has loved contributing to their success.
Yancong Xie completed undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Mathematics, and has conducted PhD research in the area of Information Systems. He has taught more than 50 classes and 2000 students at multiple institutions. He has taught a wide range of subjects, including programming, database, computer systems, IoT, business process modelling, enterprise architecture, foundations of information systems and requirements engineering. His research interests include simulation modelling, digital economy, social media, review utility, organisational robustness and research methodology.
