Unit Description

Projects and programs grow out of the business lifecycle and also feed into that lifecycle. In this unit, you will learn how the project or program adds value to both the client and provider organisations and how that value can be sustained for a long periods if managed appropriately. You will also study contemporary program and portfolio management approaches and how to practically relate them to organisation dynamics and project benefits realisation.
