Enhance business performance in innovative ways

The Graduate Certificate in Business Analysis is a course designed for existing professionals who have a background working in IT, and wish to upskill in business analysis. If you are transitioning from a non-IT background, the Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (Business Analysis) will equip you with foundational IT skills, as well as opening a pathway for you to specialise in business analysis.

You will gain the specialist skills you need to shine a spotlight on business inefficiencies, and use your existing ICT expertise to propose innovative solutions that optimise business performance and efficiency.

At a time when digital technologies are becoming increasingly prevalent in the workplace, analysts with both business acumen and comprehensive understanding of business ICT systems are a huge asset to any organisation.

A proficient business analyst will be able to use business-centric ICT methodologies to analyse and refine business processes and work practices.

The number of professionals working in the industry is expected to grow from 23,800 in 2018 to 26,100 by 2023, with an anticipated 12,000 job openings nation-wide during this time period. The average weekly salary of $2,274 is also significantly higher than the all-jobs average of $1,460.

Subsidised Commonwealth Supported Places are available for this course.
