Drive organisational transformation through sophisticated and insightful data analytics

Data analysts are skilled ICT professionals who can work across a range of industries. Their role is to collect, translate and interpret data, which then becomes a crucial element of an organisation's decision-making process, feeding into the justifications for implementing new processes, pursuing new goals, and setting a projected course for the organisation well into the future.

By studying the Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics through QUT Online, you will enhance your understanding of data analytics and the fundamental role data analysts play in providing the rationale for an organisation's ongoing evolution.

You will develop data mining and modelling skills that allow you to perform sophisticated analyses of data to inform evidence-based decision-making. With a firm understanding of statistical analysis, you will learn how to produce insightful data visualisations, and in doing so communicate analytical solutions that comprehensively address organisational issues.

Upon graduation you will possess specialised skills in data analysis, data technology and data-driven decision-making, helping you take the next step in your career.

Subject to final University approval.
