If you are transitioning from a non-IT background, the Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (Cyber Security and Networks) will equip you with foundational IT skills and open a pathway to specialise in cyber security.

Entry requirements
You can gain entry into the Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security and Networks with the following:
6-month program
- A completed bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification) in Information Technology or related discipline
or
- a completed bachelor’s degree (or higher qualification) in any discipline and three years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in an IT-related field
or
- a completed diploma (or higher qualification) in Information Technology or related discipline and two years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in an IT-related field
or
- five years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in an IT-related field.
Course outcomes
You will acquire advanced knowledge in cyber security, including the legal and ethical issues of data storage. You will develop problem-solving, design skills and teamwork through ACS's Core Body of Knowledge. You will also grow your leadership potential in the cyber security space.
