Entry requirements
You can gain entry into the Cyber Security and Resilience Bootcamp with:
6-month program
- A recognised bachelor degree (or higher qualification) in any discipline
or
- A recognised diploma (or higher qualification) in any discipline followed by at least two years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in an information technology-related field
or
- At least five years full-time (or equivalent) professional work experience in an information technology-related field.

No. The units in this course are not deemed as equivalent to any other QUT units.
In this Graduate Certificate, we run roughly 40 labs that use lots of different cyber tools. We cover basic networking tools; Wireshark; antivirus software; SIEM; ethical hacking tools; active directory tools; IDS; encryption and cryptography tools; Shodan.io; web application security tools; SQL Injection and Sqlmap; DevSecOps tools; cloud security platforms; plus many more.
Yes, CSPs are available for all Information Technology courses, including bootcamps. CSPs allow domestic students to have a significant portion of their university or higher education fees subsidised by the Australian government.
