We have a team of dedicated Student Advisors who are available for extended hours, seven days a week, ensuring that your questions will always have an answer. Whether you need support with essay writing or time management, or have an IT question, our team are here to help.

Technical support
We understand that tech issues can be frustrating and our support team is well-equipped to help you quickly overcome any IT hurdles you may encounter.

Juggling daily life and studies can be a challenge so at QUT Online, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Our student support team is available 7 days a week to assist and guide you through your concerns around technical support, course planning and other general academic advice.

Disability services
We provide free, confidential support services and advice to students living with a disability, injury or health condition.
No matter if your condition is permanent or temporary, QUT Disability Advisors will work directly with you to provide support that is best suited to your circumstances.
Examples of reasonable adjustments include:
- altered assessment and exam arrangements
- using assistive technology
- alternative formatting of course materials.

Leave of absence
Students can take time off during teaching periods if necessary. You are not required to complete the course within the time limit. This is a case-by-case approval determined by specific circumstances. Please contact a student advisor for more details.
