Taking action towards reconciliation through education
Leading up to Reconciliation Week, QUT is proud of Lead Unit Coordinator Emma Derainne for being awarded the Associate Fellowship (Indigenous) of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) after completing the online learning module ‘Indigenous Perspectives in Learning and Teaching’.

Get started now towards a Master of Justice
We’re excited to introduce the Master of Justice and Graduate Diploma in Prevention and Responses to Gendered Violence. In the Master of Justice you can major in one of the following subject areas: Domestic Violence Responses, Investigations and Intelligence, Policy and Governance or Prevention and Responses to Sexual Violence. The Master of Justice will be introduced in 2026. Those enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Policy and Governance, Graduate Certificate in Investigations and Intelligence and Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence Responses will be able to receive 48 credit points of advanced standing towards the Master of Justice.

Get started now towards a Graduate Diploma in Prevention and Responses to Gendered Violence
The Graduate Diploma in Prevention and Responses to Gendered Violence equips students with advanced skills to address domestic and sexual violence. This one-year full-time course covers topics like working with victim-survivors, reducing lethal risks, and sexual violence in diverse contexts. Pathways are available from the Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence. Subject to final approval.

New Master of Justice* and Graduate Diploma in Prevention and Responses to Gendered Violence*
QUT Online is excited to launch two new programs: the Master of Justice (to be introduced in 2026) and the Graduate Diploma in Prevention and Responses to Gendered Violence (to be introduced in 2025). Those enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Policy and Governance, Graduate Certificate in Investigations and Intelligence and Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence Responses will be able to receive 48 credit points of advanced standing towards the Master of Justice. Those enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence Responses will alternatively be able to receive 48 credit points of advanced standing towards the Graduate Diploma in Prevention and Responses to Gendered Violence.
