Master of Justice
The Master of Justice will be introduced in 2025. Those enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Policy and Governance, Graduate Certificate in Investigations and Intelligence and Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence Responses will be able to receive 48 credit points of advanced standing towards the Master of Justice.
The new Master of Justice consists of 144 credit points (12 units) and can be completed in 1.5 years full time or 3 years part time study. The course allows students to upskill to Master’s level study majoring in one of the following areas:
- Domestic Violence Responses
- Prevention and Responses to Sexual Violence
- Policy and Governance
- Investigations and Intelligence
The 144 credit points is composed of:
Core units – 36 credit points
Major – 48 credit points
Complementary studies – 60 credit points (comprised of 24 credit points of Justice unit options; PLUS an additional 36 credit points of Justice units or of university-wide unit options.
