We know how busy life gets and that is why we made sure that applying and enrolling for your dream postgraduate qualification is a breeze. Follow the steps below to help you finalise your application.

What do I need to enrol?

Contact details

Provide us with details such as your full name, mobile number and email address. This will help us communicate key information regarding your application with you.

Proof of citizenship

At present, QUT Online courses are not available to international students. We therefore require all applicants to upload proof of citizenship to show that they are eligible for consideration for their chosen course.

Academic transcript

Provide official transcripts from any previous undergraduate or postgraduate studies. If the studies were completed within the last 10 years, please submit certified copies. Partially completed studies may also be considered for entry into a degree program.

Step 2

Your documents

Your Course Consultant will talk you through the documents you need to process your application. These may include your prior qualifications, awards and up-to-date resume. We accept documents either via email or ‘My eQuals’.

Step 3

Finalise your enrolment

Once all your documents have been submitted and verified, your consideration for acceptance will be finalised and you will receive communication from us. Should you be eligible and accepted for the course of your choice, your enrolment will be confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Your learning materials are located conveniently in one spot in our online classroom called Canvas. Instructions on how to access your online classroom are located in your Student Portal.

Your units typically open the Monday before the commencement of the teaching period; however, access to your unit outlines and Orientation Unit will be available in Canvas, your online classroom, four weeks prior to the commencement of the teaching period.

Assessment requirements including examinations differ from unit to unit. Depending on the accreditation requirements, you may need to sit an exam. However, most postgraduate units will not have an exam. If you are required to sit an exam they will either be held at a face-to-face venue at specified metro and regional exam centre venues around Australia or via an invigilated online exam.
